ACI CANCELLATION POLICIES

ACI Learning makes every effort to run all our scheduled programs as advertised. In the instance that ACI does cancel or reschedule an event we will give you as much advance notice as possible. Your tuition fee can be either held on account to be used for the same type of event or refunded if ACI Learning cancels the event. ACI Learning is not responsible, however, for penalties incurred as a result of non-refundable hotel reservations or air fare purchases.

All cancellation policies below are subject to change without notice

ENTERPRISE & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING:

Virtual Training, Seminar, and ACL Course Cancellation Policy If you can no longer attend a virtual training session, seminar, or ACL course, please review the ACI Learning cancellation policy below and provide written notice to ACI Customer Service at customerservice@acilearning.com.

  • A full refund, less a $495 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received up to 15 days before the event, or you may do a one-time transfer of your registration to a different seminar offering within the next 12 months without incurring an administrative fee.

  • Transfers are valid for 12 months from the time of initial cancellation.

  • No refunds or transfers will be given for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the event start date.

  • You may elect to substitute another individual from the same company for the same seminar date and location without incurring any fees.

  • Those who do not cancel before the event date and who do not attend are responsible for the full non-refundable, non-transferable tuition.

Conference and Training Week Cancellation Policy:

If you can no longer attend the conference, please review the ACI Learning cancellation policy below and provide written notice to ACI Customer Service at customerservice@acilearning.com.

  • Cancellations received more than 46 days prior to the event start date will be entitled to a full refund less an administrative fee of $195.

  • You may elect to substitute another individual from your organization for the same event at any time without incurring an administrative fee of $195. Registrations are non-transferable to other events.

  • Cancellations received between 45-31 days prior to the event start date will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the event start date.

  • Those who do not contact ACI Learning with written notice about their cancellation prior to the event date and who do not attend the conference are responsible for the full non-refundable, non-transferable tuition.

PERC Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend a PERC paid course, please review the ACI Learning cancellation policy below and provide written notice to ACI Learning Customer Service at customerservice@acilearning.com.

PERC members may cancel any public course registration, without penalty, at any time up to, and including 14 days prior to the public class start date

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date are subject to the full tuition cost deduction from the PERC account

You may elect to substitute another individual from the same company for the same course date and location without incurring any fees

Those who do not contact ACI Learning with written notice about cancellation prior to the event date and who do not attend are responsible for the full non-refundable, non-transferable tuition
