The HR Generalist will have a broad knowledge of Human Resource functions. Undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including assisting in talent acquisitions and recruitment process, administering employee benefits and leaves, ownership/management of our performance appraisal program, and crafting HR policies. Help create and maintain the culture, values, employee wellness while supporting the leadership team and company growth.
To ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Manage the recruitment process for all employees using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
Development of the Human Resources Department
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and training.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Fully utilize HR software to the company’s advantage
Maintain employee-related databases. Prepare and analyze reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Participate fully in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
Conduct employee exit interviews.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing tea-building activities.
Help to monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Advise managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsel managers on employment issues.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Maintain employee files and records.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Provide competitive market research and prepare pay studies to help establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
Provide payroll processing backup support. Partners with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.
Participate in one salary survey per year.
Provide day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues.
Administer disability and worker’s compensation claims.
Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and forth. Maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resource management.
PHR Certification a plus, but not required.
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Understanding of laws and compliance policies across numerous states.
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Effective oral and written communication.

Excellent organizational skills and high level to attention to detail.
Full-Time; Exempt; Salaried.
Location: Centennial, Colorado, not a remote position.
Salary Range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
