This course focuses on the key concepts, practices, and challenges to effective verbal and written communication. For verbal skills, this course covers ways to apply active listening skills, how to organize and conduct client interviews, techniques to effectively phrase questions to obtain the sought after information, probing skills, and ways to identify the possibility of deceit.
