Welcome back, everyone.
My name is Anthony Sequera,
and I am here with none other
than Chris Ward. And we are
going to get started on another
section as we are working with
Agile. And in this section,
we're going to talk about
adaptive planning. I think the
word adaptive is huge, because,
Chris, it seems to me if we're
going to be Agile, if we're
going to be flexible, we have
to be adaptive.
And this is going to be an
important part. Definitely.
And because-- again, this is a
new course in our series that
we're doing on Agile Certified
Professional. You might say,
Chris, you've been talking.
Anthony, you've mentioned,
and of course, in a couple of
the others, our good friend
Lauren Deal, who's been
co-hosting this as well.
We've been talking about the
fact that predictive, right?
Plan, plan, plan, plan some
more. You might want to plan a
little bit, and then you
execute on that plan. And we
kept saying, Agile is not that
way. You take a little bit of
information. You make a small
amount of plans. You do a quick
execution. You get feedback,
and then you keep going through
multiple iterations. Well, in
this course, we're going to
take a look at how planning
operates in an Agile
methodology. And again, that's
across the board from
everything, from Scrum, Extreme
Programming, Feature Driven
Development, Kanban, Crystal,
you name it. These are going to
be principles that we're going
to be looking at, Anthony.
And one of the things I love
about this, just a little sneak
preview, we're even going to
play some games, one of which
is Anthony's favorite game,
Poker. Well, Chris, you know
that I'm going to love any time
Poker comes in an analogy.
I love it. And that often does
happen in business, so it's
great. Yeah, some really good
stuff. Hopefully, you're going
to be with us through all of
these episodes. Why don't you
join us as we go through?
Anthony, anything last thing
you have to say? No, I'm just
super excited for this section
of the content. Again,
planning on being flexible,
something that's going to
really, really help us when
we're in our project management
world with Agile.
