The leading of an effective exit (closing) meeting is a key skill of the in-charge auditor. In-charge auditors need to understand the importance of communicating effectively with the client. This includes being able to manage conflict. This webinar covers the key skills related to leading an effective exit meeting. This includes identifying what must happen before, during, and after the meeting to ensure a quality meeting. The focus is on the in-charge auditor’s role in each of these phases and will also identify the necessary skills in managing conflict.
