The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. The Foundation course is designed to give students a basic understanding of the processes that help IT staff deliver quality service. Students will learn the core principles of ITIL service management and will be prepared to sit for the ITIL Foundation exam upon completion of the class.
