Prior to her time with ACI Learning, she spent eight years serving the Tampa Bay area as the Workforce Programs Director where she managed large-scale educational grants, connected businesses with qualified talent, and assisted career seekers with employment and career development opportunities.

Brian is a Navy veteran who worked on guided missile systems while in the service. Brian started working in talent acquisition for RecruitMilitary and Bradley-Morris. He has helped hundreds of veterans translate their skills to the private workforce. Brian has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, Brian competes on Florida’s professional BBQ circuit, owns a custom woodworking business, and has a wife and one daughter.

His certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Linux+, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL Foundation. Jay enjoys running and attending live music events.

Jennifer Mathis is purpose-driven and committed to creating a better tomorrow. She is a Hoosier native and started her career by combining her love for athletics with her passion for business. Serving as the spouse of an active duty Coastguardsmen, she transferred to Virginia and achieved her MBA from the College of William & Mary. She then led a remote team aiming to bridge the gap between data, influence, and decision-making. Jennifer’s final permanent change of station has grounded her in Jacksonville, FL. She is dedicated to defining the future of InfoSec and cyber security training, strengthening the enterprise infrastructure through human capital development, and closing the tech skills gap. When she leaves her ACI Learning team each day, she heads home to the Mathis team, which includes her husband and two children. Jennifer develops mental toughness through chip shots on the golf course and volleys on the tennis court, then centers herself on her yoga mat.
