ACI Learning Welcomes Kristopher Kitchens as Vice President of AI Strategy & Operations

As a technology leader in the industry, ACI Learning is committed to harnessing Generative AI to revolutionize the way professionals upskill and reskill. Kris’s leadership will further solidify ACI’s reputation as a pioneer in leveraging advanced AI to create more personalized, efficient, and impactful learning experiences.

Kris will lead ACI’s innovative efforts on the following initiatives:

2. Product Innovation: Partnering with ACI product teams to embed AI into ACI Learning’s offerings, creating unprecedented value for customers.

3. AI Thought Leadership: Keeping ACI ahead of the curve by exploring advancements in both specialized and general AI platforms.

Kris brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles at the U.S. Marine Corps, Hewlett Packard, NetApp, Hexagon PPM, and Chainlink. He has successfully applied AI to optimize operations, drive growth, and simplify repetitive tasks—enabling teams to focus on creative, high-impact work.

Kris holds an MBV (Master of Business for Veterans) from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and is pursuing a Master’s in AI and Data Science at USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering.
