Don has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years, accumulating vast experience as a field engineer in the financial and insurance sectors, providing network support on a global scale. A strong proponent of Linux, Don has extensive expertise in Red Hat and Ubuntu distributions. He also has a deep-rooted affinity for macOS and the Apple ecosystem, where he gained foundational knowledge in the mid-90s. For the past 15 years, Don has been passionately sharing his experiences by focusing on IT training. In 2012, he co-founded ITProTV, driven by the desire to create the kind of IT training he wished he had when starting his career. Currently, Don serves as the CPO of ACI Learning, where he continues to innovate and provide cutting-edge training and technology to IT professionals worldwide.
